and body as we hear tonight's sleep story. Hello, and welcome to this sleep story from Abide I'm Tyler and I'd like to

thank you for joining me tonight for our meditation titled they are God's children as each one of us walks along this journey called life,

we display certain characteristics that are unique to us.

Our mannerisms, personality traits, and individual qualities

are known by those in our spheres of influence.

Some of these characteristics have been passed down to us,

while others have been learned or acquired along the way.

As Christians, we know that everything we do and say

is best conformed to the spiritual attributes of the Holy Spirit

within us and making peace is one of those holy characteristics according to Matthew chapter

5 verse 9 there is a precious blessing for the peacemaker.

As Jesus said, blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God.

I can't think of any greater title than child of God.

Tonight, we'll be hearing from the scriptures as we learn what it means to be God's

children and how pursuing peace is precious to God.

We'll also be encouraged to be conformed more and more into the likeness of Jesus.

As we hear his words from the beatitudes, we'll experience blessings of hope, life, and truth.
