All right, what are liminal spaces?

Liminal spaces are spaces that are kind of uncanny.

They're like spaces that exist in what sometimes called the uncanny valley,

where there might be normal, but they just don't look right.

They're like a hallway, an empty hallway maybe, or an open space with objects that don't belong there.

Just eerie spaces.

If you think about the movie The Shining, the Little Boy, going down the hallways, those are liminal spaces.

So I don't know what these videos are, but they somehow have to do with liminal spaces. So let's watch them and then say something about them. The feeling of liminal spaces is one of

the strangest things in the human experience. Places like airport, this entire movie, the terminal.

Weird outdoor staircases like this. Really staircases in general.

Gas stations, things that are like a point on your journey and libraries. That one's never talked about, but the feeling of a library.

A mall, like the feeling of being in between things. In astrology, the liminal spaces are the third house, the sixth house, the ninth house, and the

12th house, also known as the Cadin houses.
