I don't normally get involved at that level of the court

very often and there's a long reason for that but I will say this we had a couple of judges who don't like Ken Paxton.

Okay. People's hatred of Ken Paxton on a very personal level has split this party in half and I'm here for it.

I'm fine.

I'm not going to walk away and go well you got all the power and the money you can do

whatever you know you're going to bleed from this you're

going to be punished from this and if we manage to keep Texas Republican when

this is all over, all eyes are going to be on you for what you've done.

And the people who did it know who they are and what they did.

You let Carl Rove come in here and play his games.

I'll tell you a little story about Karl Rove, what he did.

This was in Missouri and this was in 2010.

And it was the year of the Tea Party.

And the Tea Party had the Republican big boys, the big national donor guys.

They fly out to Aspen. big national donor guys.

They fly out to Aspen or Martha's Vineyard for a weekend.
