you know, it's so interesting on how over two years ago I felt the need being pushed from spirit

to write on all of these topics. And every chapter in Good Morning is literally everything

that someone might be going through now, especially during this pandemic. Oh, my gosh. Yeah.

You know, like my other books, like Good Grief, Dealing with Loss, Good Morning is about

really learning that we grieve every day of our lives, not just when we lose a

loved one. We grieve past choices, decisions. And I kind of sum it up in a nutshell of saying,

you know, we grieve what once was. Anything that we've lost that we had in the past, we grieve it.

You know, loss of a loved one, you know, hits us very hard and heavy, and we grieve it for the rest of our lives here in the physical world.

But what I noticed, like, through readings, you know, someone might all of a sudden lose their mom,

and then the mom saying, listen, she can't even start to heal from my loss because she has this, this, this, and

this to heal from. And I found it so interesting and I decided to write a book about it.
