There were times last night when I was embarrassed to be a Republican.

I don't know how anybody who is a Republican and who fears the further erosion of the country through supplanting the American value

system with the leftist value system and electing Democrats by electing Democrats could not feel as I did.

There has been a real sinking, a what's the opposite of elevation, not reduction, degradation, a degrading of the debates? Dissent is good,cent is good.

Descent is fine.

And I attribute it largely to the presence of Donald Trump. Those of you who support Donald Trump are

angry at me. I'm not angry at you but you're angry at me. It was an interesting piece written by someone who's a big fan of the show,

and it called me a bigot against Donald Trump.

It was an interesting idea.

So it's almost as if you can't oppose Donald Trump without having something wrong with you.

And that's what has happened and that's not good.
