What's up, you guys? Welcome back to the pod. I hope you're all having a fantastic fucking Friday. I'm still in such good spirits for my trip from London. And I'm taking a chill weekend. I'm going to like relax go see my friend's baby, have dinner with Emmett and just kind of like chill. And next week I'm going to start

working out again, which is so exciting for me because I've taken obviously like six,

seven weeks off since my boob job. And I've done nothing. Like I actually don't even like walk

anymore. Like I'm like, it's bad. It's bad. Thank God for winter clothes because I'm just like,

it's not, it's not clocking to me. Like I'm just really, really, anyway, I'm very excited because

the endorphins are going to come back and I'm ready to lock in. I'm going to try to cook a lot.

I've been feeling that vibe lately for myself, just being a little bit healthy. I

like got drunk the other night. Yeah, being healthy, I go drunk the other night. I got drunk the other

night and I was like on, you know the guy who's Brian Johnston? He's trying not to die. The guy

who's like 40, but he looks, well, I think he's actually 50 and he looks like he's 25 or whatever.

He's a billionaire and he

has all this like longevity snacks and like mixtures and I literally drunk ordered absolutely everything and

I was like I'm going to cook I'm going to eat these nut mixes I'm going to be so healthy so that's my

vibe and then I was trying to be healthy today I made a salad for lunch and I spilled the entire bowl on my new rug. Here's the good thing about having a red rug. You cannot see balsamic vinegar. So shout out to me for that. Shout out to myself. Today I want to talk about something that I'm incredibly passionate about. And I really, really want you guys to open your ears, especially if you're a young girl, because this is super, super important to me.

I saw a video online, and this is absolutely no shade to this creator. I just really, really want to start this conversation because it's so important to me.

So let's talk about it. The first video that I want to

reference is from the creator Michaela. And this is absolutely in no way to berate her or be

negative to her. Obviously, she's a super popular makeup creator. And she did actually just announce

that she is going to be getting a divorce.
