name and all God's people said, amen. Well, amen. Exciting night tonight. The message is titled

tonight, there really is only one. And we'll talk about the closing remarks here in the book of Hebrews

about what Jesus Christ has afforded us.

The Book of Hebrews.

You might think by the title of the Book of Hebrews in your Bible that it's in the New Testament,

shouldn't it maybe be in the Old Testament?

It's the book of Hebrews?

No, in fact, the book of Hebrews is the author's leading and guiding of those who were following Christ who had come out of Judaism.

And when I say Judaism, I mean the man-made religions and the rules of Judaism versus the understanding and belief of the Old Testament scriptures.

For example, if you would have talked to David or Noah or Abraham,

none of them would have said that they're of the Judaism.

They wouldn't have said that. They would have said something to the effect were followers of Messiah. We're searching, we're looking.

Abraham, the Bible tells us, he was looking forward to God, the one who has a city and a kingdom whose builder and maker is God.

And you and I look back. Abraham looked forward. We looked back. And the epicenter of it all is Christ at the cross 2,000 years ago. Imagine how would an Old

Testament saint be saved when they died? Where would they go? They would go into paradise, the Bible

tells us, but on what basis they They looked ahead to what God would do.

You and I, we enter into that state by looking back at what God has done, and both of those

eras collide at the cross. It's amazing. It's awesome. And so also, I just want to

open up by saying this. Tonight is our last study in the book of Hebrews. And so I wrote it down

this way. Four years and five months ago, our four score, get that, Abraham Lincoln,

four years and five months ago, our fellowship brought forth upon this church, a deep dive study
