Hey, it's Terry, your cheerleader of dreams. You know, a few years ago, I was trying to sell my house

and it would not sell. I was just stepping out on my own, opening my first office an hour

and a half away in Rockwall, Texas, and I needed to get moved.

Well, my whole team sold their houses instantly

and moved to Rockwall, but mine wouldn't sell.

Well, I was going through a really, really tough time.

I had been diagnosed with skin cancer.

My entire chest was covered in it.

I had to have surgery on the side of my face. If that wasn't

enough, the IRS said that my husband and I owed tons of money and we pay our taxes every year

on time. Plus, my husband's company was in a lawsuit with a major company. I mean, the list just

goes on and on. It was so hard. It was one of the

hardest times I've ever been through. And since my house wouldn't sell, I had to move into a

cheap hotel to get my daughter enrolled in the new school in the new city. It was so challenging.

And I had been praying and praying over my house to sell and nothing.

Like seven months went by and not one single offer. One day, I was on the treadmill in the cheap

hotel and I'm crying out to God, overwhelmed with everything, and I was practically begging him to

please bring the right buyers to

purchase our home. I wanted my daughter to just enjoy her senior year in a house, not a hotel,

right? And I was just so tired of what we were going through. Well, suddenly, on that treadmill,

5.30 in the morning, I was reminded of a story in the book of Job, Job's life.

He went through hell. I mean, I could sort of relate, but not to that degree.
