Thank you. to do more. So I released a video yesterday about one of my favorite topics because it's such a it's it's one it's prevalent and two it's

simple and you know I allude to this quite a bit with those two meet there's something

powerful there there's fireworks right so I talk a lot about stories ways to rationalize

you know our lives the situations we go through,

ways to navigate obstacles. You know, it's important to be able to compartmentalize things,

to see things differently. I think perspective is everything. And, you know, it's not what you look

at. It's what you see but for now for right now let's

take all that let's put it aside and let's look at this one simple singular concept you can

always be doing more than you're doing whether you're sitting there or whether you are in a world

of hurt going through hell

there is a way to level up there is a next level there's something more there is the next

stair in the staircase and sometimes we just simply need to be reminded that because the default is comfortable.

Even when you push yourself, you push yourself to a level you've never pushed before.

Well, guess what?

The ceiling becomes the floor.

Your new normal, you adapt very quickly.
