says that refunds are not possible or partial refunds are not possible, just ask anyway.

Just ask.

You know what? The older I get, the more I feel like just ask is the way to go with everything. Like if you rent your place, just ask if you can not have a higher rent rate the next time you re-up. Just ask because sometimes it works. Just ask if you can have a lower price. I've done that

before and it worked. Yeah. Or just ask. Can I paint that room? They're going to say yes,

because you're doing the work. But if you want to make sure it's a color you like, doing yourself.

Yeah, it's just a matter of just being polite and you don't have to spin this whole yarn about why you deserve a refund.
