I assume you guys are watching this closely. At this point, it sounds like you're very confident that this deal is going to get done, going to get done and the things that you're offering for the Chicago Bears in Indiana would not be possible in Illinois.

Sounds like what you

are saying i'm confident that we've done everything you needed to do to be in the place we're at

where they make that strong public statement regardless of what they do in the legislature there's still

a lot of things that would have to happen.

And due to the fact that they took so long to get to this point, I think they can really see,

I mean, the Jets, the Giants, look at all the other places where you're playing just across the border.

And that was Indiana Governor Mike Braun on the MacPath-Mackafee show, not the Matt Packafee show. That's a completely different show.

But look, the same thing is true for Indiana.

The Mega Project Bill, HB2789, which was sponsored by Cam Buckner, it made its way out of the

House Revenue and Finance Committee. It did not go to a full vote on the floor, but it made

its way out with the votes being 13 to 7 on it. That's a step in the right direction.

And I will say to anyone that's like, well, Illinois should have voted on it.

Guess what they could have done this week had the Bears not canceled the meeting with

them last week because that's all this was supposed to be last week, was them advancing

the bill to the committee floor, which they then could have voted on

today, had the bears not canceled it so they could do the dog and pony show with Indiana

...
