Are you impressed with the way Capitol Hill functions of Congress in the Senate?

I grew up in the parliamentary system watching the debates in the House of Commons.

A little bit more boisterous there,

but there are moments even here in Washington, D.C.

Security Secretary who spins them. Here's a reminder. Why have you permitted
