It's like after the first one, my arm was rock hard and hot for three days.

All right, so I have a question along those lines from an upper tier patron Jack from Canada.

He writes, my mom is 55 plus and lives with me.

Through the pandemic, my mom has gone out every single day and shows a high amount of distress

when confronted about it. My partner and I don't want to catch COVID.

We already have health issues and my mom just keeps saying things like, oh well,

if I die, I die. As if she's the only one that would be affected by this.

I can feel my resentment and worry building up. I feel like if I were to convince her to stay home,

she would slump into a depression and I feel stuck. I was wondering if you had any suggestions

as to how it sets some kind of physical distance boundary in the same household

with rising tensions and hurt on both sides. Rebecca, what do you think?
