We've already kind of launched into talking about our experiences with COVID-19

and the pandemic or what some people think is a scamdemic,

but definitely not if you're from New York.

Let me tell you about Theo and then we'll continue the conversation.

So Theo is from Staten Island.

I've been out to Staten Line a number of times taking that ferry back and forth and really interesting place.

He is an actor.

I had many seasons on Sons of Anarchy which is Netflix series also Luke Cage which frankly you know since I don't really watch TV I've never seen either he's but I can't wait to talk to you about him.

He's got his own podcast called Theory, spelled capital THEO-R-Y,

play off his first name, which means, obviously God, right?

Doesn't it, Theo means God?

Teo, Teo means God.

Yeah, yeah, Theo is short for Theodor,

and there was too many Ted's and Theodore so they stuck me with Theo.

I like that.

Well you do also a lot of work with vets so we're going to talk about that because we have a foundation that supports vets with

post-traumatic stress. But anyway so thanks for your time today man I am from New York

state upstate. I went to school in Albany I went to college did you yeah I went to Colgate, which is near Syracuse.

No, well.
