I am. I'm at our buddy Brad's place, which you and I had a great time here last year. We're going to miss you guys this year. We got a nice big ride tomorrow morning, 80 miles. Hopefully the weather cooperates. But yeah, other than that, all those good.

But we're here more importantly to do a preview of the Giro d'italia tour of Italy this year for 2024.

We have a clear leader. We'll get into that, a clear favorite, I should say. But this is exciting.

And props to George for lining this up. Before we wrap up the show today, we're going to talk to American cyclist Magnus Sheffield of Team Enios and his first grand tour. That's got to take you guys back.

You know, like do you remember what was going through your head for your first grand tour?

Like that's that's got to be kind of kind of overwhelming. I imagine a lot of jitters, a lot of excitement.

Yeah.

What was your, what was your first grand tour, George?

The Welta, 95, 95 Welta.

Yeah, where you were like crushing me every day.

The one you had nightmares of a yellow dot in front of you.

Okay.

Yeah, the, the, Deonce hit squad. I still wake up with nightmares about that. Yeah.

Well, my, my first grand tour was actually the tour to France. So, well, that was,

you know, never done a grand tour before. And it was overwhelming, I have to say.
