This case is absolutely one of the worst ever to come out of the UK.

And to be honest, 30 years later, in the nightmare fuel department, it is still hard to beat.

We actually covered the case of the killer couple Fred and Rose way back in 2018.

Well, I wish more than anything that we had had this documentary series available to us when

we did our research.

But that would have been literally impossible because this series has managed to get

access to footage and recordings, some of which have never previously been broadcast, straight from the mouths of Fred and Rose

themselves. It really puts you on the ground as the case was unraveling in the 90s. There's even

footage of the police pulling up the first paving stones from the back garden of the West's home

and the shock of what they

discovered there. There are interviews with the police who worked the case at the time, journalists

who were on the scene, women who as teenagers had lived at the West's house and most disturbingly

first-hand interviews with the surviving West children.
