She's got a big title and a big job here at the Johnson Space Center.

So basically bad stuff can happen to the human body when

astronauts are in space for a long time and countermeasures are just a way to

prevent that stuff from happening. Of course I had to ask her for some exercise

tips but more importantly she described what happens to the human body

in zero gravity, what NASA is doing about it, and how we can use this knowledge to go deeper

into space.
