Before we get into today's episode, I wanted to get a couple of announcements out of the way.

Let me start with all the online programs and then I'll tell you about some things that are happening in person.

There are two online programs that are coming your way.

Firstly in January, we are launching our online 300-hour yoga teacher training study program.

At this point, you should get on the wait list if you are not already on it.

And I'm going to

start sharing very specific module content with the wait list in a couple of weeks.

So make sure you get on that list.

I will be in about a month from now, I should be able to give you all the details of the teacher

training module one and that's coming your way.

But make sure you are

on the wait list because I'm going to be previewing some content. I'm going to be sending you

specific segments from the manual, maybe even special podcast episodes that are privately shared,

things like that. So that wait list is in the show notes as well as the podcast description.

A second thing I'm offering online is a free workshop for yoga teachers. Last month on my monthly newsletter, I offered you two

topics and asked you to vote on one of the topics that you would like to do a workshop on.

And so many of you wrote back and asked me to choose cueing for yoga teachers going from

gross to subtle as a workshop theme and I'm offering this free yoga workshop. It's coming soon and I will

share the details in the next episode as well as the link to sign up. So those are your two online

offerings that are coming your way.
