leaders of these companies are really important. That's part of the calculus, the factor

that causes you to say this doc, not that one. But the question continues,

how do I know whether I'm invested in a company with a good CEO?

How can I size up or understand whether this is a good or bad manager or management team.

And it's a question that I have some answers for.

I have some thoughts about to share with you this week.
