what made you want to write that? Well, I spent a year researching as much as I could about

the science of happiness and what research has been done, what actually has been proven to help.

And I built an email series on my website where I sent out a little

note every Sunday afternoon to give mostly women a tip on how they can be happier each week.

And after a year of research and sending out little tips, I knew it was time to go ahead

and put everything together in a book. That's terrific because you've done other books prior to this.
