And what are you wearing in this heat wave we're experiencing?

We are finally getting summer weather here on the coast.

You say finally like it's something we were looking forward to.

We weren't looking forward to it, no, but I know the rest of the country has been experiencing warmer weather in the traditional summer months of June and July, whereas ours does not arrive until after kids go back to school.

So what have I been wearing? I did wear my short-sleeved renunculus sweater last week.

Yes, I saw you wearing it at the shop.

Before it was super, super hot. It was warm that day, but not as warm as it is today.

And it's often a little cooler at the yarn store because it's even closer to the ocean.

That's true. That's true.

So I have made several renunculus sweaters that long-time listeners may remember.

You mean the sweater that shall not be named?

The sweater that shall not be named.

I made, I think, too, that for various reasons I gave away, did not fit me well.

And this one, I think I finally hit my stride because I would love to make another one that's made in this super light airy fabric that is made with two lace

strands held together like mine so lovely my tuber and I guess are both like that

yeah and the fabric just floats and it feels nice.

I really love it.

I used one smooth lace weight yarn and one fluffy lace weight yarn.
