Hi, I'm Robbie. Boxy Sweater gal, our wonderful moderator is here in person, which is super exciting

because they just came back from the annual Knockers Retreat, which is the Northern California Knitting Retreat.

Yeah, the two of us were up in San Juan Batista for a now annual event.

Sixty of us get together and spend the weekend plus one day knitting and crafting and talking and eating it's wonderful it's

fabulous i come from florida for it i've been to everyone since 2017 dang and i was in

spokane visiting with my grandkids daughter and son-in-law because Wesley, my grandson,

turned three.

And as much as I love them, I needed the relaxation of the retreat.

So I'm a wee bit jealous.

But before we hear more about Knockers, I wanted to say, thank you to all of you who donated

to the Yarniaks podcast following our 12th anniversary episode back in January.

Sorry, it took me so long to remember to say thank you.

That's kind of embarrassing.

But all of you did receive thank you notes so you know how much we care.

And we received a very sweet email from Vicky.

and you asked about my favorite knitting needles,

which I didn't pronounce very clearly.

They are the Lique needles and Lique is Norwegian for happiness.

They are a delightful wooden knitting needle.
