This is episode number 312, which we are recording on Wednesday, December 13th,

And I'm Charlene.

And we have a slightly different episode today. Yes, welcome to

episode 312. This is the last episode of calendar year 2023. And Gail and I are recording this one

a little bit early so that we have a longer break between episodes for the end of

the year holidays and festivities and the self-indulgent knit along we have knitting to do

exactly so for this episode Charlene mentioned a couple episodes ago, she reopened the question and answer thread to see if anybody had questions for us.

So that's what we decided to do today instead of talking about our normal segments.

So there were quite a few questions that were added to that thread, and we're going to try to

answer as many as possible in the time that we have allotted for this, and some of them

we might be saving for a more in-depth dive in another episode because some of them

were really good really and well they were all really good but some were we'll take more

answering than we have time for in this episode thank you for clarifying that yes thank you

for everybody who popped in questions too. That was very, very

nice. Very, very helpful. And the first one that I want to take is from Kara, who is third hobby.

Now, Kara asked about specifically about the yarn that Gail and i have been using for a few years specifically the

holst garn yarn coast now the coast is a i can't remember the exact numbers but it's

approximately 50% wool 50% cotton i think in actuality one of them is 45 and one of

them is 55 I can't remember which is which but it's a wool and cotton yarn and we've been using that
