And we are again at the beautiful Yacht Harbor. It's

supposed to rain today and we decided to try to beat the rain. So we're here a little bit earlier

and there aren't as many people. Yeah, it's quiet. Yeah, super quiet. So what are you wearing?

Well, what I have been wearing is something I'm so thrilled to be wearing again.

It's my countdown to 2023 shawl or scarf, I guess you could call it, that I made from a mini-gain exchange that we participated in counting down to 2023 so last a year ago and i actually

knit these skeins once into a completely different shawl did not like the results but loved

the combo and because it was part of a mini-skane exchange

between a bunch of friends who met on our yarniacs Zoom during the pandemic and have continued

to meet on Zoom. The yarns were very special to me, so I wanted to make something that I would love, and I ripped them out and crocheted them into this granny stitch shawl or scarf. I don't know which to call it. I didn't use a pattern. I just did a granny stitch, added in a little bit of mohair so I could get a

little slightly larger item and I love it.

I'll pull mine out too.

Yeah it's just last last year and the year before.

Yeah it's just so wonderful all the colors and just you, the thought of exchanging all these yarns with friends just warms my heart.
