Hello and welcome to the Yarniaks podcast. This is episode number 231, which we are recording on Thursday, November 5th, 2020. I'm Gail. And I'm Charlene. And we have yet another period of unrest here. We're recording

0:24.2

in the U.S. where we don't know who our president's going to be yet for the next four years.

0:29.6

Yeah, we're waiting. Anxiety is high once again. And just to help us stay calm and keep our fingers and minds busy. We are

0:44.3

knitting industriously and thought we would talk about knitting too. And I'm even more easily

0:52.9

distracted than I was the last time we recorded.

0:55.4

So hopefully I will keep on track.

0:58.4

1:33.9

1:43.6

And I didn't really wear the sweater until very recently.

1:49.7

And I have been wearing it this week in the morning.

1:52.8

I think I've worn it almost every day because you know how that it is when you wear it.

1:56.8

It just ends up on the top of the pile.

1:59.2

And so the next morning it's chilly. I'm getting dressed and, oh, look, what's on the top of the pile. And so the next morning, it's chilly. I'm getting dressed

2:02.4

and, oh, look, what's on the top of the pile? Put this one on again. I get it. Yeah. So it's what we call

2:09.4

layer weather here in California right now. We're having very chilly nights and mornings and very warm afternoons.

2:21.3

So we wear, we start the day with multiple layers and we take one layer off as it warms up.

2:29.6

So the blueprint sweater has been really nice.
