We come to you tonight after the Yankees.

Matter of fact, 5-2 win over the Mets, it was a pitching matchup that figured to be good. It was early. I have a couple of things that I thought were puzzling to me. But it's turned into another devastating night for the Mets. And, you know, with everything that's gone on, with all the things that haven't worked out and all the things that you want to point to Stearns for, what you have to also start to be fair about is they just are incredibly unlucky.

I mean, they cannot.

And listen, they brought in guys that they should have been worried

about their injury situations. That's fair knock. The Lindor thing, we knew it was going to be

a while and it's going to be a while. But now to have the home situation, and it's amazing.

More and more, it seems that I see pitchers get hit with the ball.

I mean, Solisbid hit with the ball three or four times in recent games and a couple

of times tonight.

And Holmes now with the fractured tibia and the prognosis being as bleak as that is, you know,

to have Holmes on the shelf, to have all the issues that this team has as far as that is, you know, to have homes on the shelf, to have all the issues that this

team has as far as just not being able to put the full complement together, it's almost

like it's not fair to have an expectation.

Even though you're incredibly disappointed and you want to get on

them for how badly they've done in certain areas, they also have been incredibly unlucky. And they

get the bad news again tonight. Now, as I told you before the series started started no one was worried about the Yankees

nobody even with the idea that you knew that Fried was going to go to the it was going to go

to the shelf you knew that okay and they'll be very cautious with him.
