All right. We got a Nick Swisher interview coming up. There's no intro because you open a zoom

with Nick Swisher. You just start rapid fire talking about the Yankees and then you never stop

until you stop and then you catch your breath and you're like, damn, that was a lot of fun. So here

is our conversation with Nick Swisher. Where are you? Tampa, Tampa, Florida boys. Okay.

Which is nice. I just left the complex earlier today. We've got all of our young studs in town

right now, which is great. The offseason is such a good time, man, to especially see a lot of our

youngsters really kind of growing. Not only physically, but the maturation process has been amazing

and just to kind of see them grow, man. Can't wait to get them up to the Bronx even though I feel

like we're filling in a lot of those spots. I feel like we got a lot of kids in the wings

that are waiting for their opportunity. Well, who are you? What are you with? Are you with just

all everyone pictures, infielders, outfielders? Or you cash calls me a swiss army knife. Okay.

At the end of the day, I report back to cash and how and it's amazing, right? I feel like it's

my fifth season doing this could not be more blessed to be part of the best organization on the

planet and as well kind of to have a a carte blanche sort of atmosphere to last couple of years has

really been dedicated to the player development side, which has been absolutely fantastic, man, to be

able to win two championships out of the five that we had this past year to see humongous prospects

like Anthony Volpe kind of come up and turn into his own. Jason Dominguez really took some humongous

steps moving forward. I mean, obviously I have my favorites. MLB has their favorites as well.

So just to be able to see the growth that we have as an organization, it's hard, man. It's so

much more competitive than it has been in the past and every year it seems like people are trying to

swipe our coaches as well as our players. So we have to do our best to try and reload ourselves

every year because in New York, Yankees, baby, hey, we just reload. We get ourselves ready for that
