I always try to be cognizant of that too, because sometimes you're, sometimes you're having

a year, man. Sometimes grief hits hard or family relationships are strained. So if you had a

tough time this weekend, my thoughts are with you.

And I hope that you get to space out, put it all down for a little bit because we're going to talk some smackdown.

Sean's way as well if you could he just lost his uncle after a brief reprieve after the

hardest year of that guy's life. He's had a ton of loss in the past two years. And, man,

sometimes there's years where the hits just keep on coming. So please send Sean some love.

I'm also down a co-host this week because Cresta, she's been public about it, so I'm being public about it too.

This isn't me telling on her what she's got going on, but she had a surgery this week that went well and she's recovering from it, but she's just taking a little time to recover.

She is doing fine.

She just needs some rest.

It was her first surgery ever, so she was nervous.

But everything is going all right over there.
