who's listening to this listening to? Nice save. We're listening to a lot of hair

metal because we are watching the wrestler today with Gabby Dunn. Hell yeah. You're listening

to wire dads, which is a show in which we talk about feelings and emotions and having

been people raised with or without dads and we talk about what that means. We got some

interesting feedback recently because we released our Dark Knight episode on the You're

Wrong About Feed. I know somebody over there that is me. And I saw someone be like, oh,

wow, I thought your show was only about bad dads. So I didn't listen before. And then

I just find that interesting. I mean, I can't say that they should have thought it was

about something else because I still find the title mysterious. I don't know. Yeah, I think

it's just interesting that like the way the word dad is freighted with feelings makes

some people assume that like cultural conversations about it just have to be in a certain light.

It's a real roach act test for sure, because I think about it a lot. It brings a lot of

things. I think about it a lot, particularly my background is in marketing and branding.

So I think a lot about what words imply versus what they are actually meant to say. And

I think I think at the front end of the show, we thought a lot about talking explicitly

about dads. And then we realized that that was just an avenue for talking about bigger

things like why our friend Randy the Ram can get out of his own fucking way for a Randy.

We love Randy. I've thought of Randy many times since he recorded. Oh my God. Me too.
