A lot of you have been asking me about these penny stocks so I want to go through them.

I'll tell you if they're good or bad but there are a reason that most of these stocks that

are pennies are low value or cheap as hell.

That's because they have now went up over time.

Now it's different.

If they IPO at a low price and let's say they IPO at 15 bucks and there's a solid business.

But if a company has been out for 8, 9, 10, 15 years and they're hovering around 5 to

15 bucks, it's usually no good but let's go look at the chart.

So the first one is ticker symbol OCGN.

The high was at 26820 and 2016.

It is now at $7.29.

Now the good candidate.

But let's go out.

If I go out 10 years, the previous high was 778 bucks and it's at $7.29.

Does this look like a good candidate to be a good long term investment?

But when I want to make absolute sure and look at this, it's also underneath this 200A

moving average.

I want stocks that are constantly above the 200 not dancing in stand below.

So this is the maximum data allowed on it.

Downside is no good.

E and F will be the next one.
