Hello everybody. Welcome here. welcome back. Happy Monday or just happy day whenever you are listening to this. I hope you're doing well. I hope you're feeling good. I hope that you are feeling peace in this moment.

I am sitting here looking outside of my window,

watching the winds of change blow ferociously,

but so beautifully, because it is time for change.

That being said, there's a bit of a blustery snow situation going on outside and I am really ready for this to all melt and for it to be really sunny and warm outside but those

days are very, very close around the corner and i guess i'm

just being gifted a few more cozy days yes today my guest joy smith lives in a very sunny place. She's in Hawaii. I met Joy back in 2018

in her studio in Culver City, I believe, in Los Angeles, California when I hosted a workshop there.

And we had never met before, but when I walked into her studio and felt her energy,

I was just like, this woman is incredible. I'm so grateful to have met her. And she just like,

she was just so radiant and looked like this goddess. And I only was able to speak with her for a few

minutes before she had to go. But it was so wonderful. And we've kept in touch ever since. And we've

actually connected in a very deep way recently from this past November until, well, this present day, we're connecting

very deeply and we'll share about this together in this episode. But what is really beautiful,

I didn't even realize this. Actually, I'm going to save this story for the end of the episode.
