The population of atheists in this country is going through the room.

Rejecting faith. Pursuing knowledge. Challenging the sacred.

If I tell the truth, it's because I tell the truth.

Not because I put my hand on a book and made a wish.

And working together for a more rational world.

Take the risk of thinking for yourself.

Much more happiness, truth, beauty, and wisdom will come to you that way.

Assume nothing.

Question everything. And start nothing. Question everything.

And start thinking.

So much talk about politics and religion.

I want to come back to just religion, having come out of a fundamental faith. And having been co-hosting on the Line network where we talk to a lot of theists and they bring their proofs for God.

Or at the very least, they're trying to sow doubt about atheism.

I think one of my not favorite, but one of my hashtag favorite arguments is,

why do you hate God or why do you say there could be no God, which is not what

atheism is? I'm struck by how often apologists misrepresent what atheism means. You know,

I do not believe in God. Seems pretty basic. But I think it's in the interest of a lot of apologists to do that very thing.

And over the last, let's see, I started the website in 2009.
