Throughout time historians have watched and recorded its cadences and shapes, caught up in the whirlwind of an expanding superpower, a Greek historian gave political evolution its clearest definition. Chaos, a wise king, tyranny, aristocracy, oligarchy, democracy, mob rule, a

charismatic demagogue and then all the way back to the beginning again. The wheel of history keeps turning.

Today we're back in ancient Greece, ancient Roman territory. There's just no getting away

from how much of an impact on the story of the world that Mediterranean territory has had, continues to have really.
