Julio and Matt Beers back. It's been a few weeks since we saw Matt. He was off in his homeland of Newfoundland.

So we're going to be talking about what it's like over there.

I picture that you went, I don't know,

I picture you're on like a crabbing boat or going lobster fishing or something, Matt.

Is that what you do in Newfoundland?

There was definitely a lot of moisture.

It was pretty humid, a couple of rainy days, but also some great weather as well.

So yeah, definitely living it up out there on the east coast for two weeks or so.

Brought a bike along with me, did a review out there, got some photos and some GoPro of the

local trails that grew up riding.

Cool. Yeah, it was pretty fun.

That's cool. Is the riding scene much different than when you grew up there. Cool. Yeah, it was pretty fun. That's cool.

Is the riding scene much different than when you grew up there? Like has it grown? Newfoundland is not exactly like a hot spot in my brain, but is it starting like has mountain biking become more popular than when you grew up there? Yeah, definitely. There's sort of two zones you can ride on the island or like the best of them. So St John's on the far east coast right out in the middle of nowhere and then the west coast,

the island cornerbrook.

They have bigger mountains.

They're like a thousand meters or so.

And they have, you know, sort of like a mini BC.

There's really buried terrain out there.

And smaller scene, it's growing.

Whereas St. John's, it's growing. Whereas St.

John's, it would have been the core riders that have built up these trails over the last
