take the time to do something meaningful with your life as opposed to just running for the sake of running.

And so I was one of those guys that it mattered to me that the company got to 1.8 billion.

It mattered to me that I was making millions of dollars.

It mattered to me all the dumb stuff that when you look up and you're left with

Oh now I'm divorced and you know my kid doesn't know I and you're like oh shit like all the things that I thought matter don't matter.

What really matters is time, the moments, you know, and take the time to invest in their relationships,

take the time to make the phone calls you should be making. Take the time to pour into your kids.

And so I've designed all my businesses at this point.

And this is the reason why it's so easy for me to go and put people

and processes in place, because I'm like,

this is just getting me time.
