To understand a meeting like COP28, all you need to do is look at the one hosting the meeting.

The 28th Conference of Parties, or COP, to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change,

was really a drive towards world government.

Daniel chapter 7, Daniel saw four beasts, a lion with

eagle's wings, a bear, a four-headed leopard, and a ten-horned beast. And he goes down

on in the chapter, Daniel 7 verses 17 and 23, and he says, these beasts symbolize nations

or kingdoms and the leaders of those nations and that they

would be on the earth during the time of the second coming of Jesus Christ when the ancient

of days would come back to establish his kingdom here on the earth. So these will be modern

nations that will be on the earth or empires, kingdoms, that will be on the earth and in power

at the time of the second coming of Jesus Christ.

Revelation 13, John saw a vision of a single beast

come up out of the sea, and it had the body of the leopard,

the feet of the bear, the mouth of the lion,

the ten horns of the ten horn kingdom. The body of the leopard, Germany, feet of the bear, the mouth of the lion, the tin horns of the ten horn kingdom, the body

of the leopard, Germany, feet of the bear, Russia, mouth of the lion, Great Britain, and the ten

horns of the ten horn kingdom, this reborn Holy Roman Empire. It would be a European-centered world
