Would you turn with me to the 1003rd Psalm this evening, and let's get ready to get into some things in the Word, and we're going to pray in just a moment.

I'm going to ask you to believe with me.

I've got a number of things in my heart this evening, and I don't know if you realize it, but utterance and services are not just all based on the preacher.

The preacher has a part.

The people have a part.

And, of course, the Holy Ghost has a part.

Amen.

And all three are very vital.

You know, Paul said sometimes speaking to certain people, he said, I would have gone into this and going into that, but you wouldn't able to hear it. So there's several things there that are

factors in how far we can go with some things. But we've been talking here in these Friday

evenings about a series we've entitled The Works and the Ways of Jesus.

And as a church, we've been reading the New Testament through a chapter each day, Monday through Friday.

Now, we've read Luke 1 today, is that right, or if you're going to read it later, whichever.

But so then Monday we'll begin with Luke 2.

Read that chapter carefully.

Don't speed read it.

Don't scan it.

Read it carefully and slowly.

And use all the faith you have to believe that you get understanding out of it and look for Jesus. Amen,

we want to see how he operates, how he dealt with situations. And a lot of good things. I just

get excited in my spirit when I talk about it because I know people's spirits are being fed.
