The title does not make you a leader.

Your work makes you a leader.

And it doesn't make you a leader because you want it. The more work you do, the more valuable your work becomes, other people start benefiting from your work. And then say, you know what? I really benefited from your work. I know someone else who can benefit from your work. And he knows someone else who can benefit from your work. And she knows someone else who can benefit from your work. And all of a sudden, people are starting to call you a leader. But you never want it to be a leader. You just want her to do work. You just want her to do work. The mentality isn't, I want to have leadership. The mentality is, I want to do work. There's never going to be a time where all of us are going to be perfect believers, and it's going to be a rosy situation.
