The Michael Berry show so in the report yesterday and I'll address this a greater link tonight because I wanted to take more calls and respond to them

But I do want to make sure everybody hears this

The Biden Special Counsel, Robert Her, in issuing his report. It was this was the investigation of Biden's unauthorized removal, retention, and

disclosure of classified documents.

He, these are important national secrets and treasures that he stole effectively.

He didn't have to do it under cover of darkness necessarily,

but he did do it surreptitiously and he shared them and that that takes this crime to another level

remember there was the garage where he had the Corvette that he's so proud of and strewn about were

documents not rated the way Marilago was but strewn about I want to read to you a line from the report. Make sure everybody hears this.

Mr. Her quote, uncovered evidence that President Biden willfully retained and disclosed classified materials

after his vice presidency when he was a private citizen, but concluded that, quote, no criminal charges are warranted.

So Biden comes out last night and he says, the important part here is it was an exhaustive investigation

and they have determined no charges are warranted.

Not because there wasn't culpability. This wasn't an exculpatory report that said,

leave Biden alone, he did nothing wrong. Quite the opposite.

There was complete culpability. However, the word memory is found

23 times in the report. Kind of important. A couple of highlights directly from the report.

Quote, we have also considered that at trial, Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury as he did during our interview of him

as a sympathetic well-meaning elderly man with a poor memory.

That's your president.

It went on.

In his interview with our office, Mr. Biden's memory was worse. He did not remember
