I am still your God. So the Lord God banished him from the Garden of Eden to work the ground

from which he had been taken. Verse 24, after he drove the man out, he placed on the east side of the Garden of Eden

cherubim and a flaming sword flashing back and forth to guard the way to the tree of life. I want you to

notice something. If you like to mark in your Bible, if you're willing to, I want you to circle whatever

word you have for placed after he drove the man out, he placed on the east side of the Garden of Eden cherubim.

He placed them on the east side. That is our same word, Shakhan. That is our same word, Shakhan. Why am I making that

point? Because he brought those angels, those cherubim on the outside of that Garden. He placed them there

in that particular place because that is going to be their dwelling until something is done about the

dwelling. In other words, man has now been kicked out of the Garden. The way then is shut. But our God is a Lord God. So the

question becomes what in heaven's name is he going to do about it? Because he's placed them now. They have been

dwell now to cover the opening and there what side of it? The east side of it. Keep that in mind with me. Now that's the

first use of Shakhan, right there where man has been kicked out of the Garden. He drove the man out. He placed on the

east side of the Garden of Eden cherubim in a flaming sword. So in other words, it's going to guard the way. In other words,

there is no just dwelling inside that Garden where they just fellowship walked in and around in the cool of the

place of their God. Now they're on the outside of it and the door is shut. Go with me now to Exodus chapter 25, 25, 8 and 9. Then have them

make a sanctuary for me and I will dwell among them. That is the same word Shakhan make this tabernacle and all it's

furnishings exactly like the pattern I will show you. Okay, go there with me because what he's just said to them in Genesis chapter

25, because now you are kicked out from my intimate presence, but he is the Lord God. So he has got to have a plan. The plan, the whole purpose, if you were to put the word of God in a nutshell,

from Genesis to Revelation, what in the world is it about? God dwelling with man so man can dwell with God. That is it. That's Genesis to Revelation, how the process takes place.

What is the problem? Man is sinful. Man is sinful. So how is God going to complete this action? Because it's what he's about. It's the reason why I created it in the earth and put people on it and then came to dwell in

a tent among us because he's going to dwell with us until we dwell with him. That's exactly what this is about because there's a big problem. Now, man's been kicked out from his immediate presence in that garden. So what's got to happen now?
