banished him from the Garden of Eden to work the ground from which he'd been taken. Verse 24.

After he drove the man out, he placed on the east side of the Garden of Eden cherubim and a

flaming sword flashing back and forth to guard the way to the tree of life.

I want you to notice something.

If you like to mark in your Bible, if you're willing to, I want you to circle whatever word you have for placed.

After he drove the man out, he placed on the east side of the Garden of Eden Cherubim.

He placed them on the east side.

That is our same word chakhan. That is our same word chakon.

That is our same word chican.

Why am I making that point?

Because he brought those angels, those cherubim on the outside of that garden.

He placed them there in that particular place because that is going to be there dwelling until something is done about the dwelling.

In other words, man has now been kicked out of the garden.

The way then is shut.

But our God is a Lord God.

So the question becomes, what in heaven's name is he going to do

about it because he's placed them now they have been dwell now to cover the opening and they're at what

side of it the east side of it keep that in mind with me now that's the first use of chican right there where man has been

kicked out of the garden he drove the man out he placed on the east side of the garden of eden cherubim

and a flaming sword so in other words it's going to guard the way in other words there is no just dwelling
