Grounding or “earthing” is when you go barefoot on sand, dirt, rock, grass, or water to connect with the energy of the earth. It recharges you, is great for your health, and has numerous wellness benefits. It may seem a little far-fetched at first, but it’s actually surprisingly good for you. How do I know this?
