reward for representing the nation to equal pay structure and at groundbreaking agreement

to pool world cup prize money. Now that the country has ever done this, it's remarkable

and it's a huge relief and I hope that the page can now be turned on a six-year battle

to the stain the game in our nation.

And I loved reading this quote from Mitch Purge yesterday morning in the New York Times.

Mitch, of course, is a guest host of this podcast and more importantly, a member of the

collective bargaining committee for the women's players association.

I feel a lot of pride, Mitch said, that there are going to be girls who are going to grow

up and see what we've accomplished and recognize their value instead of having to fight to
