different set of role models that, you know, they can relate to. And so for us, I think the emotions were we realized that the impact this could have for many

years to come women's game.

We are so lucky today to have another special episode coming out, this time with former US Deaf Women's National Team Captain Kate Ward, who recently retired after winning the Deaf Olympics in Tokyo last November.

It was so inspiring to hear from Kate about her plans for the future

as she sets off on this new chapter in her life. I really related hearing her talk about the

early days of retirement and I got to learn a lot about the deaf national team and how that

team has become a part of U.S. soccer's extended national teams program. Just a few quick notes
