Okay, so you may have noticed when you opened your podcast player today that this is a really long one.

This is a really long chapter. We're reading two chapters and something called a

postscript in this episode. But I wanted to get them all in at once because they're all basically

one continuous sequence. It's really good, you guys. I cannot wait for you to hear this chapter.

But it means that I'm going to keep things short up front. I do

have some questions. I have two questions, and we will go over those. But other than that, I just

Okay, so where we left off, Laura and Marion are now taking the precaution of locking their

doors when they're not in their rooms and even when they're in them, because they feel that

Madame Fosco is kind of sneaking around and spying on them in the house, and that Count

Fosco might be following them when they're out of the house.
