Hello, super great kids and how are you?

I hope you've had a good week.

Maybe you've told somebody a story. Everybody likes stories. My dog

pip even likes me telling us stories. I'm happy for lots of reasons this week so I'll start with the news that we're going to have

a Christmas show in London at the Irish Cultural Centre in Hammersmith on December the 7th.

It's with Toop, Kate Corcary and me and it will be a lot of fun.

Now I know that not all of you will be able to make it all the way to

London for that but we're also doing an online show on November the 16th with me and Jason Buck so hopefully we might see you there if

you live too far from London to be able to come to the live show and another reason to be cheerful today is that we have a new story theme.

It's getting close to Halloween, a time of ghosts, werewolves and scary stories.

A-woo!

So the theme is stories of magic we've got wizards, witches and even goblins.

And if like me you're a little bit worried about scary stories. We've got

hundreds of other fun tales you could try instead, baby crocodiles birthday or

Fox at a party or a Nancy and the hot pepper soup.

We begin our theme of magic with a mysterious but not too scary story about a powerful wizard. The stories told by the

wondrous Daniel Morden who told you hey hope and the secret of the ring.

The story comes from a little market town in Wales called Abagavenny,

which is overlooked by dark hills and black mountains.
