Summary

It’s September 30, 2008, hours before the U.S. government votes to bail out some of the largest banks in our country. In a small suburb 30 minutes outside of Seattle, local realtor Mitch Ruth witnesses what appears to be a city employee violently attack a Brink’s truck employee and sprint off with over $400,000. Ruth pursues the robber into a park … until he vanishes into thin air.
