Matthew 2:1-12 This is the classic scripture about the Wise men. The kids will learn that these wise men were not who you would expect to search out Jesus. We discuss what Gentile means and realize that Jesus is not just the king of the Jews but the King of all nations. That's wonderful news for us! 1:12.0	Let's jump right in to today's story.
1:18.0	Jesus was born in the town of Bethlehem in Judea during the time when Herod was king.
1:26.0	After Jesus was born some wise men also called Magi.
1:32.0	These wise men from the east came to Jerusalem.
1:37.0	They asked.
1:40.0	Where is the baby who was born to be king of the Jews?
1:45.0	We saw his star in the east and we came to worship him.
1:54.0	When king Herod heard about this new king of the Jews, he was troubled.
