| 0:10.9 | So if you haven't looked in the unconscious place, if you haven't done a lot of therapy |
| 0:14.5 | to get that up and out, you will have what I call your repeat a reality, or it's called |
| 0:19.7 | repeating realities, where even if you don't consciously, actively, intentionally |
| 0:25.1 | choose something different, your default position will most likely be whatever is |

| 0:31.6 | So if your parents had a crappy marriage, and let's say love, right, and pain, you know, |
| 0:38.4 | went like this, my hands are like coming together, right, I'm making them be intertwined, |
| 0:44.4 | then you would end up repeating that in some form or fashion. |

| 0:51.7 | My husband was our 40, almost 40, I was 34, he was 44 when we got married, and we both |
| 0:58.3 | had a ton of therapy prior to that. |
| 1:00.5 | So I think the, you know, how I avoided being in a relationship like my parents marriage, |
| 1:06.0 | which wasn't, wasn't abusive, it just wasn't happy. |
| 1:08.8 | It just looked terrible. |
| 1:09.8 | I was like, wow, I'd rather be sick, well, then I have that, you know, I was able to consciously |
| 1:14.5 | in therapy not repeat that. |
| 1:18.1 | So I got that unconscious material up and out. |
