The new House tax reform bill is supposed to save money for typical Americans.

Here's Speaker Paul Ryan with the magic number.

$1,182 a year on their taxes. That might sound like a lot to you or it might sound like a little.

In either case, the battle between special interests is already underway. The stakes are high

for the rich, the very rich, the middle class, and the poor,

for red states and blue states for businesses big and small.

And that $1,182 typical saving, that will be subject to change.
